Krzysztof Kwiatkowski (b. 1959), music writer and critic, organiser of concerts and music events. 2004-2014 editor for contemporary music and foreign events in “Ruch Muzyczny” magazine, Author of numerous texts published in music magazines (a.o. “Ruch Muzyczny”, “Glissando”, “Neue Zeitschrift fur Musik”) and music theory periodicals (“Res Facta”, “Scontri”) as well as magazines devoted to cultural affairs and daily press. Cooperates with Polish Radio PR II (national culture programme). Organiser of numerous concert in cooperation with major Polish contemporary music festivals (Warsaw Autumn, Musica Polonica Nova) and since 2003 as artistic director of  “Pomosty (“Bridges”) contemporary music concerts/workshops series in Cracow. Author and director of many new music education projects addressed to children and teenagers including “Harmonies and Noises” and „Dźwiękowisko” („Sonic Playground”). In September, 2015 his book on life and work of  Luigi Nono was published by Wydawnictwo Krytyki Politycznej in Warsaw (Mistrz ciszy i dźwięku. Luigi NonoMaster of sounds and silences. Luigi Nono). In 2020 his book about the work of Paweł Szymański was published by Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne. Krzysztof Kwiatkowski is a member of the „Warsaw Autumn” Festival Programme Commission.

Sławomir Wojciechowski  – composer, born in 1971 in Łódź, Poland. Graduated from the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart in the composition class of Marco Stroppa (2000-04), and the theory of music and new media class of Matthias Hermann (1998-2002). At an earlier stage he studied composition for two years at the Academy of Music in Warsaw, in the class of Marian Borkowski. Participated in courses and seminars run by Helmut Lachenmann, Brian Ferneyhough, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Klaus Huber, Louis Andriessen, Paweł Szymański and Irvin Arditti. His music has been performed at many festivals of contemporary music in Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and Turkey by Radio Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart conducted by Manfred Trojahn, Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra under Szymon Bywalec, as well as by chamber ensembles: Zementwerk, Junge Musik Berlin, Smash Ensemble, The New Music Orchestra, Kwartludium Ensemble, Kwadrofonik Ensemble, Cellonet Ensemble, KammerensembleN, Silesian String Quartet, NeoQuartet and such performers as Mike Svoboda, Werner Taube and Wu Wei. As a performer (‚ad hoc-spieler’ on unconventional instruments) he appeared with many German ensembles, such as the SWR Orchestra, the Kölner Philharmoniker and the Bamberger Symphoniker. He has also taken part in the recording of Helmut Lachenmann’s opera Das Mädchen mit den Schwefelhölzern (realisation of the tape part) at the Staatsoper in Stuttgart (2001). He was a co-organiser of Musica Electronica Nova Festival 2007 in Wrocław, Poland. He collaborates with music periodicals „Ruch Muzyczny” and „Glissando”, as well as Polish Radio. He teaches in Studio for Electronic Music at Fryderyk Chopin Music University in Warsaw, Poland.

Anna Kwiatkowska graduated from the Cracow Music Academy, participated in chamber and solo masterclasses in Graz, Mannheim, Stuttgart, Odense and the Summer Courses of New Music in Darmstadt. From 1998 to 2008 Anna Kwiatkowska was the leader of Violarium string trio. Together with Violarium Anna performed in Poland (Sacrum Profanum and Music in Old Cracow festivals) and abroad (Germany, Italy, Austria, Lithuania, Switzerland, Holland, Mexico) and made recordings for Polish Radio. Collaborated a.o. with Muzyka Centrum Orchestra, European Workshop for Contemporary Music and with Ensemble Musikfabrik in Cologne. Anna Kwiatkowska appears as a soloist, with both contemporary classics (Berio, Carter, Haas, Kurtág, Nono, Sørensen, Stockhausen) and newly composed works by leading Polish composers of younger generation (a.o. Wojciech Blecharz, Wojciech Ziemowit Zych, Jagoda Szmytka, Sławomir Wojciechowski). As soloist she has performed at many Polish and international festivals (China, Australia, Denmark). Her present collaborations include the Warsaw-based Chain Ensemble and flow 3 trio (together with pianist Adam Kośmieja and cellist Mikołaj Pałosz). Anna Kwiatkowska is a co-organiser of “Harmonies and Noises”, new music education workshops for young people.
